Advantages of renting a furnished apartment/flat

It's cheap ! A cheap hotel usually charge at least 40 euro a night for a double room with your own bathroom and WC. That is 280 euro/week or 1200 euro/month. For this price, you'll get something shabby. Our studio apartment is the equivalent of of a 3 stars or good 2 stars hotel, for which you'd pay about 60 to 120 euro a night for 2 people (i.e. 420 to 840 euro/week). The gain of staying in an fully-funrnished apartment is obvious.

What's more, you will benefit from the fully equipped kitchen, a quite big cable TV with Video, DVD and CD players - best of all, with a 24h video rental shop right outside the building !)

Other advantages against hotels, hostels or guest houses is that you have more freedom and intimacy (no curfew, check-out time and guest are welcome).

Great Location !

Our Montmartre apartments are located close to the world-famous "Sacre-Coeur" Basilica" and "Place du Tertre" (where all the artists and portraitists gather), while keeping at a reasonable walking distance from the metro station.

Check the description of our lively surrounding which abounds with shops and restaurants, as well as  how easy and convenient it is to reach , coming either from the airport or by TGV (Eurostar or Thalys).
